Today I’m going to share 12 tips to lose weight fast. These weight loss hacks will help you speed up your results and maximize fat burning.

Many people struggle with weight loss or hit a weight loss plateau. But, they might be missing just one small piece of the puzzle. I want to help you find that missing piece, so you can lose weight like you want to.

These weight loss tips are extreme, but some people need to go to this level to see the weight loss results they’re looking for.

Our goal is to get your body in a state of fat burning and to run on as many fat calories as possible. Measuring your ketones is a fantastic way to see how deep into ketosis, or fat burning, you really are.

Extreme weight loss tips:
1. Drop your carbs to close to zero
2. Don’t consume extra fat
3. Don’t consume sugar alcohols, almond flour, or prepackaged keto foods
4. Don’t consume restaurant foods
5. Only consume one cup of coffee per day
6. Take apple cider vinegar before your meal (1 Tbsp mixed into a glass of water)
7. Don’t consume more than eight ounces of protein per meal
8. Do OMAD Monday through Friday and do a 48-hour fast on the weekend
9. Do a stress detox
10. Consume fermented vegetables (1 cup a day) or take a probiotic before bed
11. Support your B-cells with vitamin K2, vitamin D, magnesium, and vitamin B1
12. Get plenty of sleep

    How long can anyone sustain a diet like this? It is not even realistic. And the moment you stop doing this diet the weight will come back. The stress incurred following this diet is worse than the weight. Stress and worry are worse on your overall health. Stress results from how YOU see the world. Eat clean, sleep well and exercise.

    I've done the steps and followed them well with the food and even prolonged fasting. My problem is not being able to eat an adequate amount of nutrient rich food or not hungry enough so I lose weight but my skin is flabby because I'm not getting enough so it's losing to quickly.

    Should I keep going and just focus on tighten up on the skin later?

    Here's my tip. Quit eating anything that says "produced with genetic engineering" and switch to eating eggs and steak. Also exercise is a huge factor. "Produced with genetic engineering" means that the crops used in manufacturing that product were sprayed with Glyphosate aka Roundup, pure poison.

    Yohimbine while fasted shows an ability to remove the harder/final fat.
    My question is, how can you get rid of 'Lipomas', or the little balls of fat in the end stage old fat you have?
    I need to do some fasting and document some of my lipoma locations to see if they do go away or not.
    Most search results are for fat people that eat corn syrup that want to remove lipomas.

    The industrial revolution stopped Humans from having 2 sleeps per night if you look into medieval times right up to the start of the industrial revolution there is evidence we used to have 2 sleeps per night where once the sun went down we would go to bed sleep a few hours and in the middle of the night we would wake up eat pray and sometimes procreate before going back to sleep.
    While serving in the army i did this while on excurse and on tours and its awesome for mental health and regaining energy. There needs to be modern studies into this and the benefits published but we know that the man will never allow this to become a thing

    Dr. Berg, an important note to you about physical exercise satisfaction…..some people find physical exercise greatly satisfying because they get Bio-Feedback, body strengthens, mobility increases, aches and pains start to go away, skin feels younger, vibrant energy increases.     You've mentioned you ask for the ingredients of the food you are going to order in the restaurant. Now, some people will get angry a " wait staff is busy and you ask for the ingredients " Well! You pay for wait staff's time, service and food also. Consumers have all the rights to ask question about the food they're going to order especially not every food place can not be trusted as well so many dodgy things going in the restaurant. Once I caught the kitchen stuff snorting cocaine with the chef. I caught them because I went out and they had left the one of the kitchen door open. No wonder, the restaurant staff was arrogant and extremely confident 😂 But I wonder if they knew what they're putting into meal being soo high.

    Your information is so great Dr Berg. One of the things you said about protein powder jogged a memory, you said that protein powder was super lean and it spikes insulin. Most recommended usages of protein powder are taking it after an intense weight loading workout where you break your muscles down. The ultra lean protein spikes your insulin and an insulin Spike works towards muscle repair. Protein powders were designed for this, not necessarily meal replacements. The puzzle pieces are going together

    Some clarification please:
    Regarding B vitamins during a fast: Consuming nutritional yeast is eating, which will break my fast.
    Regarding OMAD: If I eat once a day is the protein limit still 8oz?
    Regarding probiotics before bed: I eat mornings and practice intermittent fasting.
    Regarding fruit sugar: If berries are a no go would lemons be too? I like to consume the whole lemon but am also aware that lemons contain a bit more sugar than some berries.

    The most important part of that would be fasting on the weekend. That will lower your base insulin. I would caution against lowering protein too much. I lost lean mass by doing that. What I'm doing now is fasting weekends to keep my base insulin low, and feasting on protein in a time-restricted window. The first meal has no fat. Subsequent meals are high fat. The only carbs are cruciferous and other green vegetables—particularly fermented, as mentioned.
