    I've always chosen to remove the tails before cooking shrimp… I wonder if you can answer, why people always leave them on? I hate having to deal with them while eating.

    I have personally contributed to the sea bass problem. You do feel slightly guilty when you catch 30 of them in half an hour which is the best use for calamari by the way.

    What a glorious simple seafood Stew/Soup😋. The best part is that my wife does not like mollusks so I get to eat them all! BTW I assume by "sea bass" you mean Chilean sea bass aka Patagonian toothfish which is my favorite fish on the planet. So sad that it is endangered so I can only enjoy it if it is certified line caught.
