72-Hour Beef Wellington

I usually make this once a year since it takes a while, but I think it’s quite fun! Costco also had a sale on beef tenderloin, which made me very excited.

I don’t have an exact recipe for this, but here are some wonderful beef Wellington recipes from people who are a lot more knowledgeable and talented in the kitchen than I am:

Gonna be honest. I would easily spend $300-500 to buy this as a special treat. The amount of art and care put into this was impressive.

“Happy little beef”.. all I could have thought of was the beef was a dead cow …this just made me cringed so much 🙄

  • Carlos Tum on December 3, 2021

This is the most relaxing, peacefully, satisfying, funny, very well done (video shots, transitions and subtitles – like a documental), and entertained video of food I've never watched 😍

Man, I don't know you and I really wish to be your friend 🤍

These videos are so cathartic. The music is so well-chosen. I’m about to ugly cry…also, I’m scared of buying a $140 tenderloin for it to not turn out perfectly for my folks. Maybe I’ll practice using a pork tenderloin like Josh Weissman made.

doesnt the salt take out all the moist of the beef if you let it rest in salt?
