There is no Survivor's Guilt, there is just someone making content wanting to evoke emotions of "awwww ..look, he's such a good person." not buying this garbage.
So you all have to understand the situation in China. Shanghai is such a large city with millions of population, in general China health system is not enough for its big population. Their system can’t handle millions of patients and if it happens like in the US, the hospitals andhealth care workers will crash in a heart beat. There’s no other country like China with such population, it’s always easy to criticize and point fingers. America and Europe can handle much easier because the population and health care ratio. So China had to do something like that, or else right now there would be over 10 million people die. But I guess the government didn’t prepare fully so the citizen there suffered a lot, the health care workers and police in China had to work 24/7 non stop. So in this Covid war, nobody win.
China is a cesspool.
If David Culver is smart, he won't go back to China. EVER.

Lockdown strategy of China is destroying their economy. Their economy only grew 4.8% instead of 5.5% planned. Our living with covid works much better for the economy. Our economy only contracted 1.4%.

Anyone who understands how horrible the CCP is will not be surprised by this. Unfortunately I have heard the people in first tier cities are often sheltered from the abuses of the government by their wealth and prosperity. You will often find them defending the ccp because of that. But now, sadly, they are learning the truth the hard way. I hope they survive this and I hope it forces change in the government.
