There should be an international agreement bases on already excisting internat. Law that its illegal to invade or assult another sovereign countries borders. This is gut wrenching horrible. I personally have disowned close Russian friends that show no emotion towards the Ukraine people here that have suffered. In fairness we were told by the women refugees that came to our country that all the Ukrainian men had been told they were called into service and he looks of fighting age. So I'm thinking maybe the Russians saw him as a potential threat and knowing a little about the military I would have my squad target all able bodied men unless they are standing in the middle of the street with their hands in the air. It's so awful how much sorrow russian nazies have brought to the world.
