This is a sneaky, underhanded attack on the Primacy of federal over state law. This is exactly what the southern states believed, in the mid 1800's , that the federal government "aint the boss of me", which led to secession. There is a concerted effort to unravel any federal control over states. This is going to get real ugly, and the potential for ANY constitutional right to be challenged is frightening. The scotus not slapping this attempt is malpractice. This panel of judges just might be looked at in history books as the architects of the demise of our democracy.
