    @2:11 if you squeeze the whisk near the handle it flattens out the whisk and it's much easier to "spatula" the whisk clean.

    The measurements listed in your printable recipe made for a VERY soupy batter. I doubled if not more the amount of flour to get a thick enough batter just to be able to squeeze drops of it into the oil. There's no way it could even be scooped. It's more like funnel cake.

    I am for sure going to try these, I will just not cook the bacon so much.. I made chocolate eclairs many many years ago, the dough for that is made the same way as these..
