Pour some vanilla custard on them
Omg, I was sceptical that this will look as in the video by my hand but it did. I’m so thrilled because it looks good but the taste, is so so delicious!!!
I dub thee "Baked Apple Rose"
With vanilla ice cream it's "Baked Apple Rose al a mode."
An apple by any other name will still go down good.
OMG it's like an apple crown kouign-amann 😵
At this point even if I don't think I'll try a particular recipe I watch the whole video anyway just so Chef John can tell me who I am.

Has no one taught this guy how to voice a sentence correctly?
He has Mr. Mackey's voice and he cooks like Chef. This is like watching a South Park episode from a parallel universe…
DESSERT NAME: SNOW WHITE'S ROSE 🌹
I don't know why but I just simply loved how you said "you gotta do what you gotta do" while finishing off with the powdered sugar 😂😂
Thank you so much Chef. John for teaching me how to make sweet honey apple tarts, the most beautiful and delicious tarts . I have lots of apples , I am going to make it soon/ right now. Does it work with Gala or Jonathan 🍎 or green smith apple 🍏 Bon Appetite

Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe! I will try it!👌
Hi! Love this channel. Not to argue, but I just wanted to add that, in fact, you can eat apple seeds. It's just customary to not eat them but there's no practical reason not to eat them. I knew one person who did, anyway, without any ill effects. He was a landscaper who usually had an apple with his lunch and, often working on clients' property, had no place to throw the core away. So he would eat it whole. He said it was fine.
Thanks to the folks who suggested the addition of apricot jam. Nice!
For mine, I chopped up some toasted walnuts and pecans and sprinkled that over the apple slices before folding the dough over. Added some nice texture/crunch but not too much.
Spooning….lol, you kill me John
I did make this 2 times., love how is look but when you bite in to it ,the inside is still un cook.

Prepped the ramekins with butter and sugar per the recipe. After baking, the tarts were glued to the ramekins. Prying them out was a mess. Next time, will use a muffin pan sprayed with Pam, and a different recipe.
I love the way you talk… the cadence is so unique. And sort of funny.
