    I just made this with the veggies! Next time I want to make my mustard and lemon just a bit stronger and I didn't add the mayo or miso but over all….thank you! The meal is worth every bite. 🙂

    I don't know what you're complaining about… I've done this recipe twice (without the miso), and its absolutely delicious. And I love that it looks dirty. I'll just tell the family "Mom's dirty lemony salmon" 🙂

    Raw and boring recipe .I would send it back . Love lot's of pepper and the lemon juice, salt , nothing else is needed. You basically killed that salmon .

    Frozen Salmon is never better in my opinion. Freezing (even Flash freezing) destroys the cell membrames and makes it a little dryer than it should be. Also, I would have ground the peper on after cooking it to prevent the pepper from burning, I don't know how fast pepper burns though, just to be safe.

    Watch this video every time I prep bake lemon pepper salmon. But Chef I bought frozen salmon today and it came out freakishly hot pink almost like crustacean does when its on fire. I'm wondering if maybe my sauce wasn't thick enough? Sans miso paste

    that heat will destory any high quality salmon. 450f for a king/cinook salmon will completely ruin it

    My 'rule of thumb' for baking salmon is 10 minutes per 4 0z. @ 400 degrees..I also make a lemon/butter sauce with dill or maybe a pineapple/lemon/butter sauce to serve over the fillet when done.
