    I made this Cheesecake today and it‘s a little bit like a pancake.. I think i made something wrong. 🤔

    I used 500g creamcheese, 4 Little eggs, 150g Sugar, a Little Bit lemonjuice, 5-6 tbl spoon flour und Frozen raspberrys. Is there any mistake?

    I love cheesecake, but this just isn’t it! GR has completely disregarded too many steps needed to make a real cheesecake. This thrown-together hodge-podge didn’t even bake at the right temperature! And we all know you have to cool slowly, refrigerate for at least 4-8 hours before cutting….this is just a GR joke on all his slavish-followers.

    After cooking this, are you supposed to put in the fridge to firm up or eat it right away? I made it and after taking it out 10 minutes later I took it out and ate it right away but not sure if that was right as it was still hot and falling apart a bit
