One of my favorite things to do is converting, or as we call it in the business, “reimagining,” famous sandwiches into party dips. We’ve done this very successfully (or at least I think so) with the Reuben, Sloppy Joe, and Philly Cheesesteak, but this time we are sort of going in the opposite direction. Enjoy!

I will take the whole platter
This is one of those recipes I'll never wind up cooking, but if I did, I'd eat everything before anyone else got to touch it.
I don’t understand what this has to do with George Floyd and the systemic racism. Black bodies are being enslaved and abused and you’re talking about artichoke toast? #BLM.

Try preparing this the same way and use knorr vegetable dip mix instead of the spices John recommended. It is sooooo good

You can run warm water over your cream cheese brick to soften it up if in a hurry, after all it is sealed. Now the reason I discovered this was due to guests arriving in 20 min and I forgot to take it out lol it was for a different dish but still sometimes we forget. I have been known to be The Mood Titans El-Gotton of Food Items Forgotten! A stretch I know but I love driving my wife and kids nuts with these and they know where I got inspired!!! Thanks for the post!

I was walking on the docks in San Francisco and ran across a sailor with YUGE forearms. I was eyeing her gal, real candy, if you get the continental drift. He said you looking at my doll? I said, every restaurant has a menu, anyone can look. But I commented on his muscular development. He said it was due to his vegetarian choices, and highly recommended Chef John for his recipes on easier ways to imbibe his favorite ferric vegie while still having a little cayenne.

Hi Chef John I'm inquiring about recipes without dairy cheese or cream any suggestions you may have the only other idea that I can come up with is using mayonnaise which I love but I'm unable to have dairy have any ideas
