    Try using some sourdough bread and slow toasting it, with ghee on one side, in a pan. It amplifies the deliciousness of the BLT on many levels.

    I use he cooling racks, not hard to clean. Soak in the pan with Dawn and water. cleans up fine, I just toss in Dishwasher

    Not that this isn't a great method but you can spray a cookie sheet, do one layer of bacon strips and bake till done. Then put on a tray lined with a sheet of newspaper and a paper towel on top. Saves big time on your paper towel usage. I save my bacon grease for making tortilla and flavoring other dishes like beans and spuds. I pour boiling water on my cookie sheets to loosen any debris and its a breeze to clean up. Personally I wouldn't waste the foil, you still have to clean the cookie sheet.
