I made the mistake of looking up 'suet' in Wiki: " is the raw, hard fat of beef, lamb or mutton found around the loins and kidneys."
Maybe use marge instead?
Gordon shin beef is better than stewing steak or braising steak for a casserole etc

I watched this at 7am this morning. Jumped outta bed to the butcher & grocer. In oven now for 1 1/2 hours so far. Smells friggin delicious. Can’t wait for the whole fam jam to eat this.
