🤔Mmmm….To be honest, they don’t look at all like Argentine empanadas. The pastry is too thick and too dry. They are like Cornwall pasties going through puberty trying to get to adulthood (Argentine empanadas) but they’re not quite there yet.

Definitely skip the cinnamon, chilli pepper and chimichurri, dough should be thinner too, seal with room temp. water around one half and brush egg yolk after sealed for golden brown finish.
Plot twist: Use small diced potatoes added to the filling for more substantial and fulfilling dish.
Cinnamon in empanadas?! that's a big NO (at least in here in Argentina), and the chopped boiled eggs you must put at the end with parsley. Another thing, we don't really eat empanadas with chimichurri

Why is it zoomed in so much?
Errores:
– No se usa canela
– Se frita la cebolla con la carne molida más papas y huevo hervido
– La masa no debe ser así de gruesa 😅
– No hizo bien los repulgues

Canela se le puede agregar a prácticamente cualquier cosa, una pizca realza el sabor nada más.
Si te pasas la cagaste.
