Where could I found the recipe? the quantity of the ingredients?
I was given the money to buy the biggest Tasmania salmon I’ve ever seen to prepare this recipe for Christmas 2020. And I’m not the best cook so I stressed through out this process because it wasn’t cheap. And with the added pressure of being told you can’t go wrong Mum it’s easy. So I tripled the ingredients I guessed he used and stuck it in the fridge for 3 days. I was so nervous when it was sliced by my daughter that I held my breath for her reaction and I was so relieved with the response. We took it to our family gathering and it was loved by everyone including myself. So grateful I accomplished a recipe I would not have attempted ever. If asked I would do it again. Be safe and protected in 2021 everyone!!
Few people know but salmon is one of the most toxic meats in the world. We must avoid it at all costs and make the industry stop with the salmon farms.
