Shonie Carter can fight. I definitely believe he's better than Ben askren as a fighter. You can tell he didn't like training. But look at all the fights he's been in. He always showed up when or lose. I believe he was the first to do a spinning backfist in the UFC. That's a big accomplishment. Ben's biggest accomplishment is getting ko'd the fastest ever.
