    always use avocado when using tomatoes , the fats help you absorb the nutrients in the tomato better, they worked well with this dish.. even a few sun dried in this worked well..totally have it with the vodka, just use shots so you don't ruin the flavors as chef said…you should always use B vitamins and other antioxidants like this dish has when drinking alcohol

    As a former Farmer's Market entrepreneur, I would recommend the addition of yellow pear tomatoes and little sour gurkins, known as "mouse melons". Both are small, (about the size of your thumb, to the first joint) unusual looking, taste amazing and might be available at your local farmers market for the next few weeks. Slice them in half and garnish away! They are a fun way to dress up a B-Mary, too.
