Blue Origin rocket mishap under investigation ctm magazine

A Blue Origin rocket with no one on board suffered a major malfunction moments after liftoff Monday, triggering a dramatic but successful abort. The capsule shot away from its failing booster, deployed three parachutes and landed safely. CBS News space consultant Bill Harwood joins John Dickerson with details.

    You may want to look at it.. VAERS is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System put in place in 1990. It is a voluntary reporting system that has been estimated to account for only 1% (read more about underreporting in VAERS) of vaccine injuries.
