BREAKING! Brandenburg Government on Tesla Giga Berlin: “There Is Enough Water” webfi network
Hours ago, today to end the topic Tesla Giga Berlin’s water issue once and for all, the Brandenburg state government confirmed: the water supply for the region and for the Giga Berlin is secured.
In other words, The Brandenburg government sees the water supply in the region and that of the Giga Berlin factory as secure.
According to the Brandenburg government, there is no need to worry about sufficient drinking water in the region around the new Tesla factory in Grünheide near Berlin. “The state government does not see the drinking water supply of 170,000 people in the catchment area of the WSE (Water Association Strausberg-Erkner) and the water supply of Tesla as being at risk,” said Environment Minister Axel Vogel (Greens) on Wednesday in the state parliament in Potsdam in response to a question.

Those Testing models can be used as Company transportation vehicles like Go carts around the Giga factory , Elon does not have to destroy them ..all the company needs to do is to mark the vehicle Title registration as Not For Sale….

Tesla was not going to build something that large with no adequate water supply. Elon can be a little on the edge for a lot of folks but he's not stupid.
I wish Tesla can counter suit the environmental group for causing the delay.

Why can’t anyone see that the solution would be to reuse the same water? So if Google use the water to cool computers then used by Tesla and then to coal mines that don’t need pure drinking water to mine coal. Am I missing this simple solution ?
The German Gov says water OK, Tesla not OK. Only choice they have is to delay and delay Tesla starting date. Germany has proven why few business want to operate there.

Since the original Permit for the water was suddenly withdrawn on a whim by the Powers that be in Berlin, why should this other Permit not be suddenly withdrawn too? Let's face it, these Water Permits don't appear to be worth anything because Tesla still hasn't received any Green Light to start production!
Are we now waiting to see if those rare lizards and snakes start to return suddenly waving little placards that they need their homes returned to them or is it going to be to some other unbelievable excuse waiting to be considered by the fairies?

What I want to know is where these so-called environmental groups were while the nearby LEAG coal mine was pumping 3 times the state-permitted amount of groundwater from the mines (114 MILLION CUBIC LITERS!) and overall uses nearly 200 x as much water as Tesla will ever use. Something is rottenly hypocritical in the State of Brandenburg…

Scrapping the cars is the dumbest plan know by a human. Tesla is the only group that can determine if they are ready to be shipped to a customer. A government bureaucrat is unqualified to make such a decision.

Since these buildings are so huge Tesla should set up rainwater collection from their roofs and either return it to the environment or use it themselves to reduce their footprint.
Water was never an issue. The fake environmentalist that are really anti competitive FUD misters with an agenda to stop competition for Germany automotive manufacturers was always a fake argument.
