Sorry Ramsey. But anyone who thinks brussel sprouts are delicious has terrible taste in food. My respect for you has gone down. Unless these are so good they are nothing like what I've had. I doubt you can change the vile taste that much.

I stir fry these sprouts with oyster sauce and garlic. Taste yummy like the oriental way.

2:02 "really important you don't put the chestnuts in too early" – how early is too early? 5am? Before you've had a drink? These clips are useless Gordon unless you give us hard facts like timings, I don't blame you, I blame your editors for making this into a 3 min clip when clearly it takes a bit longer but not much, it's just I'm doing this tomorrow and I'll have started drinking at 11 ah sod it I'm just going to go for it with those conkers I collected last month.
