Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Chestnuts | Gordon Ramsay ctm magazine

From Christmas with Gordon (2010). Brussels Sprouts are blanched and sautéed with Italian bacon and chestnuts. These don’t taste like any sprouts you’ve tasted before.

Sorry Ramsey. But anyone who thinks brussel sprouts are delicious has terrible taste in food. My respect for you has gone down. Unless these are so good they are nothing like what I've had. I doubt you can change the vile taste that much.

  • erati on December 24, 2020

2:02 "really important you don't put the chestnuts in too early" – how early is too early? 5am? Before you've had a drink? These clips are useless Gordon unless you give us hard facts like timings, I don't blame you, I blame your editors for making this into a 3 min clip when clearly it takes a bit longer but not much, it's just I'm doing this tomorrow and I'll have started drinking at 11 ah sod it I'm just going to go for it with those conkers I collected last month.

If you don't post the recipe with the video … you are no good to me. I don't have time decipher or hunt down the recipe. Bye-bye, Gordie.
