    Omg I've watch Gordon Ramsay for so long! My husband and I have wanted to cook and learn more together and this was our first recipe and wow!!

    Now that I've tried, anybody notice that in a shot at 1:06 that, in the French sense (fat=butter+stock, acid=marsala) the sauce has split and broken down?

    A huge no no in French cusisine. Get sauces right. ANd it's not even reduced properly. Should be gloopy. It's just watery.

    Hello Gordon,

    thank you for this recipe. I tried it today. It all worked out great and really tasted very good. But the chiccorie was way too bitter. I had the white one. Is there any quality difference in the chiccorie or the color? I saw that you use the the red. But I can't get it here.
