Will these melt if warm? I want to put them in my back pocket when cycling to have instead of those expensive energy bars.
Where I live, I can just get date paste at the supermarket, and crush the nuts with a plastic bag and a rolling pin, no need for a food processor.
mine was so sticky that i'm probably going to freeze them, cut them into shape and coat them in cocoa so they wont stick to everything…

I just made these with my mom, so good!! The only thing was, we have a smaller food processor so the recipe itself was too big for it. The recipe is a good amount, so next time we'll split the ingredients and do two small batches so it gets mixed easier.
