just made this for the first time today, using up the last of my chorizo and some white wine my dad had around. little too much chorizo, no fancy bread to soak up the delicious-as-tits broth. soooooooo good nonetheless!

I think 7 min for clams is a little too long…I can see some clams are over cooked….
Hmmm.. add in some small diced potatoes, some water and a fish stock cube and you probably end up with a great soup. For those who can have seafood
With live clams should you soak them in a salt brine solution and let them spit out all the salt for at least 2 hours Chef. No matter how hard you clean the outside when it's still spitting out sand on the inside it's going to be a crap dish. Am I wrong or am I right chef?
