    I followed Gordon Ramsay's recipe for Beef Wellington. it turned out great.. HOWEVER, he did say put it on at 200 degrees for 35 mins. and it took me a second to realize he meant 200oC, not 200oF. keep that in mind if you are following his recipes. he calls out temps in Celcius.
