    I just came back here to say that I did this risotto yesterday! And it was the most delicious risotto me and the two other people have ever eaten our whole life's!
    It was such an explosion of taste you could cry of happiness.
    I was blown away. I also did the Gordon Ramsey super easy broccoli soup and his amaaaaazing salad! Oh my……

    Nothing wrong with vegetarian food. It can be extremely delicious if you know what you're doing. But restricting yourself from meat because of some ridiculous self-righteous notion of "saving animals" is fucking bullshit, and you're a sack of stupid shit for thinking it to be legit, LOL.

    Does anyone notice how Matilda Ramsay looks and sounds so much younger in Gordon's Youtube videos than she does on TV interviews? Like, she's on the Late Late Show with James Corden, BAM, she looks like she's ready for college. On her Dad's YouTube vids, she could pass for 13. I don't know if it's because she's all glammed up for the interviews or what, but it sure is uncanny… Like if you agree.

    Si, la "bruscetta", e che è? Un mafioso? Si dice bruschetta, lo scrivo meglio per questi ignorantoni: brusKetta, non bruscetta! E si prepara con aglio strofinato prima, olio evo e sale. E basta, altro che ricotta e zucchine. Al limite pomodori e verdure, ma le creme le ammosciano! E poi, quello sarebbe un risotto? Quello è un riso bollito al vino. Se in Italia in un ristorante spacciassero per risotto quel blob informe, chiamerebbero immediatamente Antonino Cannavacciuolo!
