Does The U.S. Have The World On Its Side In Ukraine?

  • J S on April 18, 2022

What I have found out from my family in Mexico verifies what was broadcast re China and Russia have managed to influence Latin America through Radio and television with disinformation. My family totally believes that Putin is liberating Ukraine from Nazis. That the massacres are not real etc. The main reason they are willing to believe this crap is because of the US policies beginning with the Monroe Doctrine basically keeping this entire hemisphere as it's domain. The same goes for Africa and Europe in their quest for support in building their countries and finding Russia and China willing to loan money and in the case if Sri Lanka (?) taking a port when they default on the loan.

People in Latin America are not watching the same reports to large extent that we see re Ukraine and the genocide committed by Russian troops.

Its a leftist lie saying the US needs to be a "prefect democracy" (whatever tf that means. lmao… just an easy way to say the orange man bad.. because the left have no soul without that new yorker)
the world has never and will never look towards the US "as a place to emulate" even during ww1/2 Europeans were very self-righteous about their position in the world towards the US, Very common in places like France for people to complain openly about Southern racism while justifying their colonies in Africa and Asia.. even after ww2 Germans (all of Europe) were VERY hostile to the idea of US troops staying in Europe…
the left (and parts of the right) seem to have this impossible idea of the US having- NO. needing to be the best nation on earth! if we arent then we have failed and we might as well just stop trying- when in reality its just the US needs to chill.. we dont need to be just like denmark or like canada (or any other white nation the left seems to think is prefect because, the news dont talk about them.)
america just needs to worry about its own affairs for once.. the US never shouldve been a superpower.. but the US had no choice but to become one.. the US needs to just chill out and not care about what countries who depend on us think- the world doesnt have a say in what happens in america.. they never will.. Europeans are racistzenophoic wartorn nations who hide behind history… Canada is a pathetic country that piggybacks off other nations successes …
i dont care what they think- they depend on us for their sovereignty- we have won.. the US shouldn't worry itself on what they think.. when they arent prefect in the slightest… lets not forget how Europe treated middle eastern immigrates… and now open their homes to Ukrainian ones.. europe is europe.. The US just needs to regain its strength at home before it can start shifting's its power outwards again..
but the left is dead wrong in saying the US is gone. just because the dnc didnt support berine doesnt mean the US is lost- and if you want to worry about trump and his "racism"… look at the french elections and come back to me-
if the US is in trouble… then what does that mean for the world?? and how is the world any better??? they NEED us.. they have NO other option… china has shown its colors.. russia has as well- and pretending like trump is the end all be all is pathetic.. the US is more then Washington DC.. or texas.. or portland..
but please… keep calling out the US… thats all you leftist seem to do… ignore the fact France is about to elect a putin supporter- or how europe STILL is buying MILLIONS of russian gas-… but that orange guy from new york is CLEARLY a test of our times!
you are all so gullible… trump is hitler.. proud boys are brown shirts- whats next?? the secret service stands for SS? give me a break- trump is a joke…. trump will not get elected again- or anywhere close to it… a republican will get elected but it wont be trump-
and if you think republicans are in bed with russia then you need to see someone for a metal checkup- Russia doesnt have to power to control its neighbors- but it has the power to control a US party?…

Sooner or later the world may see dictatorships as they are, leader self fulfill and not the people.

  • Diogo Lyra on April 18, 2022

it's so fun to see a fall of an empire…

  • 2008topshelf on April 18, 2022

when that fella initially rebutted Joe on democracies vs autocrasies I thought: "that was an obvious statement…why are refutting just to be combative". Then as I listened I realized he was right. And we can't any longer necessarily, arguably, equate democracies with present American government. Its certaily doubtful elsewhere.

  • Stone Crowbar on April 18, 2022

Poor little Joe, you are so out of touch with reality that your questions don’t even make sense.

  • Common Sense on April 18, 2022

Considering all the censorship on these Ukraine propaganda videos I'd be willing to bet 75% of Americans don't support "America's" side or the big guy's laughable coverup in Ukraine.
Lord knows hardly a single one of any of these fake news YT videos have a majority of 👍 and those upvotes always represent less than 1% of total views consistently.
Doesn't take a genius to see how unpopular this conflict is with Americans fighting to work, pay bills and survive while they're economy gets destroyed because of another failed proxy war against Russia.

  • Ramon Ng on April 18, 2022

Why are Americans praising Zelensky….and supporting the Nazi AZOV battalion…..?

There is now, almost 5 million Ukrainian refugees, flooding into EU countries…they should all be sent to America….now the Ukrainians are becoming, a nuisance, and problem to those countries…

  • Ramon Ng on April 18, 2022

    This guy stomped Joe….lol

  • A A on April 19, 2022

  • Ron Kemppainen on April 21, 2022

Trump not only tried to destroy NATO but also Democracy in the US. He left both in a very weakened state. NATO is back but it’s still a question as to wether Democracy in the US will regain its former strength and fortitude.

Oil and gas production in use, something we're supposed to be weaning ourselves off of for the sake of the health of our planet and all of its inhabitants. Let's take this as an opportunity to step up the pace to reach our freedom from our polluting use of petroleum product and so the greedy oil companies what they can do with their oil.

  • Bul Thaosen on April 23, 2022

That host is blind to the truth even when someone is telling them straight to their face. One can only wonder the level of brainwashing going on in the US.

  • Michael K on April 24, 2022

Don't give aid to these countries that go against the old world order.

this guy is seriously in need of a silencer .It is idiots like him who align themselves with the Putins of the world that cause most of the problems .

  • Voranart Sirisubsoontorn on May 2, 2022

Which ever country still not against russia for attacking/killing/destroying Ukraine , to me, are country with leader who cannot see wrong from right, bad from good, or simply unreliable. Part of this war still going on could be because of putin believe that there are still country where his action in this is ok!!!

  • cheztey jabez on May 3, 2022

The problem is the Western countries think Europe is the world… If they fight a war they call it a world War.. And if this was is happening in Africa or somewhere is Asia Or middle East they would have done nothing except sanctions.

  • Peter on May 5, 2022

Joe does not understand one thing. Democracy works only if competent people run it. Weakpoint of US democracy is an absurd big pile of lies, cowardness in republican party, who run on this thing under command of thier god Donald J. Trump. As A. Merkel said afleter meeting with Trump, Europe will be on its own. My opinion is after 2024 USA will fall into its own abyss of conservative stupidity.

  • Swaranjeet Singh on May 6, 2022

Impossible to understand what Joe is arguing about . . . and based on what ??

  • Willard Simpson on May 12, 2022

Putin has to show how weak his military has become its amazing how greed can ruin a nation just can't fix stupid look at the former guy

  • Hester on May 18, 2022

The US needs to recover from years of poor politics from Donald Trump. However it is strong enough to put the false reality of Trump's world to one side and lead the free world.

  • Chris W on June 9, 2022

I do not think that it would be unethical to pressure certain nations. For example some have a history of a high dependence on assistance and some have a history of mass immigration. Why should we make life better for people who would support the Russians?
