    @omgitsjulian Did you actually watch the video on mute? It's burrata cheese, a really gooey mozzarella – not cottage cheese. Burrata + honey is very similar to ricotta cheese in flavor (creamy with a hint of sweetness). Please turn your speaker up next time you watch a video.
