I tried this tonight. My wife and daughter are not meat eaters. They just gave me 5 stars and could if believe how juicy that steak can be. Honestly I have never had Capers before but that made the dish. Lemon zest, parsley, and capers are the key. Not to mention the olive oil and spooning butter over the steaks consistently. Thank you chef for making me a hero of the household. I could eat about 7 of these little bastards. Mind blowing delicious. Fan forever.
