Naw teacher John…. no disrespect intended but
I would of used creamy whipped butter instead of olive oil or ATLEAST a 50/50 blend. What would a egg do for the crust ?

Maybe put the sugar on after and brulée it. Otherwise that looks awesome!

So it a goat cheese and figs crumble ? Nice. Would have drizzled with a bit of dilluted honney rather than shugar, personaly. (I mean it's pretty similar, shugar wise but honney goes great with figs and/or goat cheese)

I think that by adding 2 tbs of flax seed flour to 6 tbs of boiling water, and allow it to sit for a few minutes, until it reaches the texture of …snot and adding that to your crust before rolling it would bind the ingredients in your crust…and if you rolled it out into rectangles,it works make an awesome flat bread appetizer.🙂

I would call it a "Chevrecake". How about some fressshly grated nutmeg? Also, I'm wondering what would happen if, after removing, you added more sugar and bruleed it?
