    So i make this all the time. Ive found that a little extra cheese makes it easier to fold and I put my onions on during cooking. I recently started covering it for a little bit until i get a white film over the yoke. That way the yoke is runny but not too runny that you make a big mess all over yourself when you eat it. Thanks for the video, this has become one of my favorite breakfast!

    edit: If youre feeling decadent put it on top of avocado toast 😉

    My only problem was that my egg wouldn’t cook before the cheese got brown so I had to flip it over just to cook the egg because the yolk would have been too runny. it was still delicious 😋 though

    I realize these threads are years old but… I watched the video around 1 AM this morn and at 3 AM I decided I wanted one. Delicious! Mine didn't look as good as Chef John's but it was good! So easy! Didn't even need the video to prepare!
