With all his moaning and groaning and how many times he called the food "beautiful," I thought he might rip down his pants and jump on the pan.

  • knuta83 on September 7, 2021

    Melted brown cheese. NO
Brown cheese is really good on bread and waffles, maybe some jam, but no norwegians i know, melts it.

  • CT2507 on September 9, 2021

Wow… you discovered how good the Norwegian Myse cheese is with scrambled eggs! I too discovered this about 20 years ago because i just love that brown cheese. Makes me so glad to see you cooking with it!
That brown cheese tastes great on rice too!

  • Rawshan Ara on September 12, 2021

  • Versa T. on September 24, 2021

You think he actually eats everything he makes on these segments?

  • Even Berg on September 25, 2021

Brown cheese, or "brunost" is not as generic as it may seem here.
There are a sustaiable amount of different commercially branded brown cheeses.
As chef Ramsay just says brown cheese, I think he refers to the "G35",
the most common which contains 35% goat milk.

You can't just say "beautiful" and therefore it is 😀

Look at this dog turd, beautiful. Gentle fry it, little salt, beautiful. Get it brown, crispy, beautiful, yes it's caramelising now, beautiful turd.

  • Bixmox on October 3, 2021

This video really didn't make Norway look like one of the richest countries 😂

  • andybanan1992 on October 16, 2021

brown cheese is such a unique culinary taste, and with the creamy consistency and caramelized flavor, im kinda perplexed as to why its so little known outside norway

  • HR ORM on October 18, 2021

Hva slags monster har brunost på omeletten ?? Uggghhhsss

  • Erik Pederson on October 22, 2021

yea Gjetost is very thick, rich, and tastes closer to carmel or butterscotch than actual cheese. uff da….

  • Eagle on October 23, 2021

If you seasoned your omelette in the beginning, it would make zero difference in the cooking process or taste

  • Tykjen on October 26, 2021

    Faens brunost on an omelette.
Brunost and syltetøy is greit nok, but on an omelette?

  • Nordisk Katt on October 27, 2021

Good grief. Who let this man near these innocent ingredients that never did anyone any harm? Why does he wish to cause so much hurt and pain in the world?

  • SoloCamo on October 27, 2021

    the fuck is brown cheese

  • mirori on October 28, 2021

Damnit Gordon be getting that damned slope on the cheese block, that is just all kinds on wrong XD

  • Tom Henning Thorsen on November 6, 2021

…. It's pretty clear that you didn't taste before posting. Brown cheese is not similar to normal cheese. The amount used here is pure insanity.

  • Angelina Perdichizzi on December 12, 2021

    Looks amazing.

  • Eric The Bro Bean! on December 13, 2021

I dont think Ramsay has a clue what brown cheese is, we dont, and i repeat, we DO NOT EVER melt brown cheese unless its for brown sauce or something. No, no no no Gordon. Stop for the love of the foodgods and your own sanity. Bread + butter + brown cheese. The end. Personal twist; corn and salt on top with a thin layer of butter ALSO on top of the brown cheese to make the corn and the salt stick. No whitebread, but any bread of your choice will do the trick, find your favorite brown cheese (theres many varieties ranging from dark brown to light brown).

  • PACCBET on December 23, 2021

    Beautiful 500x times

  • Frode Enerstad on December 23, 2021

  • Diabetic Daniel on December 27, 2021

@Gordon Ramsay, as a Norwegian i'm honestly wondering if you thoght this omelette was genuinly tasty. I can't imagine that the sweetness from the brown cheese was anything other than overwhelming.

  • Mathias Kittilsen on December 28, 2021

Its not a normal dish in Norway
