Gordon Ramsay Cooks The Spiciest Scrambled Eggs in India | Scrambled ctm magazine

Gordon is India this week on Scrambled while he was shooting Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted. After being inspired by the amazing spices of the Kerala region of India, he’s decided to whip up a spicy Scrambled Egg Roti. But this is not a breakfast taco, this all Indian and one of Gordon’s best breakfasts yet!

    As soon as the pan fell, I was trying to find a 'gripping tool' (also called 'pakad' in Hindi) on the table that he is soon going to use it…as this is one of the important tools in our Indian kitchen 😄 because we have pans without handles in our kitchens.

    Gordon, you say in the description that it's not a breakfast taco but then you serve it on the roti like it's a breakfast taco. You don't put the entree on top of the rotis. No one does that.

    Lacking knife skills. Eggs don't look so appetizing either. The abuse of the cookware is abysmal. Cinders in the scrambled eggs. Not my favorite Ramsey clip. Total dross.
