By far the worst food is in Croatia. Best food is in Serbia and Macedonia.
Brudet is the name of this beautiful dish. Problem is, try and make it with supermarket tasteless veg and fish that didn’t come from Adriatic sea and you will never know what this dish is really like
I wonder if it was beautiful?!
💙🔝🇭🇷
How much white wine did you get in man? 😀
One does not simply go to Croatia and doesn't get typsy from our gemišt! (white wine + mineral water)
You wouldn’t take the shellfish out of the shells before serving?
i wish someone would open up some sort of an artificial intelligence kitchen there
"A little touch of olive oil."
proceeds to hose it down from the bottle
Bosnia food
He's got that trademark summer tourist in Croatia red face.
i live in Croatia and talk language Croatian
I am from croatia🇭🇷
yo Gordon ya donut, love from Croatia!
I liked the fact he made a no stew stew as I do that when I fancy a stew but I’m not willing to overcook things (I eat raw food mainly and only ever cook things lightly). The only thing I’d do different is season at the end to avoid damaging the salt and pepper by heat and I’d make a raw blitzed tomato sauce that I only heat until piping hot which doesn’t take long and I wouldn’t cook the vegetables for quite so long. He used pre cooked boiled potatoes but for how long were they cooked? He needs to break things down better as you can boil a potato for too long as they should still be firm in texture and trust me they taste way better cooked al dente.
it's really really nice to see a famous person compliment the country you live in or your home country, if you don't get it yet, i'm croatian!
I loved Makarska
Im live in croatia bok kako si means hi how are you
So not a croation stew mate
I'm a Croat but from another part of it, not the sea side, so i barely ever have anything sea food based, but if gordon made it i bet its good 😊
Kakva je ovo juha.??????
@gordon Ramsay try to cooking in serbia and try the Serbian food
yea croatia is nice – im coming there every summer for the last 9 years – truly amazing.
Gordon Ramsey: too neurotic to be a good teacher. His indelicate, speeded up version of that unholy mix of dishes (seafood and sacred truffle €140 per 100 grams) exemplifies Ramsey as a rather crude-mannered, self-gratifying show-off, lucky to have hit the media jackpot.
From there, from there, look at that, almost like, I tend to use them, now, on. From there. Now.
Rovigno = Italia
Cast Iron pan? WTH but I thought the Hexclad was your new favorite. You are endorsing it all over facebook
From there,on! beautifull. Now,from there.
Looks like a pile of shit
there is NO Croatian stew made in 15 minutes…thats a seafood sauce.
I was in croatia 10 times cuz i come from there AND IT IS H O T very sunny and H O T
Not gonna lie "Ramsay 'round the world" sounds better.
come to serbia instead brother.
Could this technically be classified as a stew even though the main dish hardly has any liquids at all + most of it are solid seafood + vegetables?
Unlike beef stew and a bunch of other stews which come with a ton of excess thickened broth.
Beautiful
