As someone that's worked at quite a few resorts, hand held radios are a very common way of communication.

I hate how Gordon always put his fingers in and on some of the worst disgusting things. From grabbing rotten food to digging under restraunt seats, etc. You can't easily wash some of that grime off. Sometimes you have to wash your hands over and over and over just to get some smells out.
I wouldn't want him touching my food. Even if he washes his hands. He has no shame. He doesn't even look for a paper towel or something. I would have 18 pairs of gloves within reach at all times in these places
The freezer section of those mini fridges freeze like that all the time

I just got done living 5 years in this area and spent a lot of time at the actual inlet, this place was avoided by locals and hated by tourist. It is however under a new branding, not sure ownership changed tho
