Now have a word with yourself here …. vegetarian… lovely but as a chef the amount of stuff I need to buy in for vegan I can't pay for and where is the B12? All chefs take immense care to look after people but the vegan regime seems impossible to fulfill in a busy kitchen…. double the fryers in a chip shop.. three menus in an Italian…all have to be printed… and the cross contamination could get me sued. I like the idea but without a huge investment and supplements what do us little people do? Gordon you are an influencer now… explain how it works. Don't send nasty stuff I get it my vegan friends but I just can't do it… yet I just want to get it right.
