I can see why in the end the guy moved to a different restaurant. There prolly just was never enough customers for all the food to stay fresh so it just sat there and rotted out half the time. Plus theres something a little off about the owner she just has a sort of careless attitude. Btw do any of the people brush their teeth in that fucking region? Lmao

I think the biggest problem with this episode was that he spent two much time with Tim and Lee, and barely any time with the owner. She was the one who really needed to be worked on. She has zero backbone and that's why Tim and Lee behaved the way they did.
I know what the problem was in the end, if number of guests is dropping, do not over order ingredients.
At mine culinary school, out of class of 35, within the first month it dropped to only 15 aspiring new chefs.
I love how they upload the same video with a different title every few months lol but hey I still watch it again 😌
