Half the "pan down" instructions should've been "zoom in". But it was quite fun.
He keeps saying the different colored peppers taste the same, but they dont. They have different sweetness levels with the green being the least sweet and orange being the sweetest. Unless the peppers are different where hes at. But at the very least where I am, there IS a noticeable difference between the flavors.
I can watch him whole day.. he is so good and fun around his kids, 10 minutes or not, I am using his recipe today. So good man, lot to learn from him.

He has really gotta stop saying pan down, it's very annoying. You cook, they film. You don't tell a doctor how to do their job.
Most chefs seem to teach methods of cooking only suited for people who have servants to clean up the gigantic mess afterwards.

Love the homey cooking. Btw, I’ve tried everything for hiccups but discovered the cure that works for me: get a mouthful of water. Bend at the waist. The lower your head is the better. Or sit in a chair and bend over. Head at or below waist level. Then as long as you can go without breathing, slowly gulp little bits of that water. Like swallowing bits of the mouthful of water small portions at a time. 30 seconds later, hiccups gone. Works every time for me.
Btw, “pan down”…tilt down. Panning is side to side. “Pan down”: put the frying pan down…ok. But not a cinematography term.
I’m now going to go back to my $15/hr job and miserable life.

You just need somebody that knows how to use a cell phone camera. One did, one didn’t. First, you don’t hold a cell phone camera vertically. You hold it horizontally. Learn how to use the zoom, and zoom in on the work, or wok, not the whole work area.

I love the 'pan down' running joke…that's how I took it. It's so funny the fake pressure. Made me laugh.
So why bang the device (grater) on the pot and ding it up and possible break the plastic holder on the end. Just simply run the ginger in your hand over the other side it will all come off easily!

I made this and it’s FANTASTIC. Spoiler alert: took me longer than 10 minutes but I’m a mere mortal wannabe chef. Made it with ground chicken. Will try with all forms of ground meats. You could do so much with this recipe switching up the veggies. My new favourite recipe where I look like a serious cook when in reality it’s just a great recipe with delicious ingredients
