The owner thinks he’s doing the right thing, because he probably was gaslit his whole life by abusive people. Idk where this owner is now, but I genuinely hope he gets his shit together and the help he truly needs.

I saw this episode and o actually kind of feel bad for this guy. He definitely wasn't a bad person by any means, he literally just didn't know how or could find it in him to be a boss
