Remember when they changed this whole area's name.. glad they were able to kick out the Khmer rouge and take back their countries and regular names.. I remember being taught the original names for the country and the new Khmer rouge one.. communism, what a joke..
I do love these segments and wish they were more cohesive and longer, during the whole visit to the country, rather than snippets and occasionally cool stuff.. understand it's about cooking, but still, he should be able to maneuver around abit more since he's from the British realm, and not just the Commonwealth.. I still would love to see him go to Vietnam, Korea, the real intense Communistic countries and film, just to see what they're able to capture extra..
