Chef Ramsay, I.ve just moved out of my family's house at age 20 and I'm getting married. I'm learning to cook for my fiancé how do you know when red meat is medium rare/medium/medium well/ etc. without having to cut into it and check I've heard of the palm of your hand method but i don't understand it at all and I'm either overcooking or undercooking stakes/burgers and i do not know what internal temperature to stop at ..help me please

Guard is 100% spot on. No matter if it's on TV for some dickhead famous chef (I love Gordon to bits btw) this man has to deal with dangerous criminals on a daily basis. If that man says you and all your cupcakes are going through the machine and i'm not wavering because there's cameras about, I can respect that down to the ground. As we all know most of prison systems around the world are broken. We lock up criminals and take their rights away but we turn our heads around because they are criminals and we say “they deserve it”. In reality it is just a loop because once a prisoner goes into the real world they have to go back to what they know best in order to survive. Is that really fighting crime? Most prisons don’t offer hope, skill, knowledge or even therapy. If we change the prison system the prisoners can go back into the real world after serving their time and actually change for the better. Instead of depriving the people that need help the most in society lets help them become better members of our civilized world.
