    It's really not that hard. My wife and I have done a prime rib roast every Christmas for many many years. Then two years ago we decided to try Gordon's Wellington recipe. The first year, it was very close, but not perfect. We made minor adjustments (we didn't change his recipe we just had more experience) and it was perfect. She and I plan to make this for the Christmas holiday for at least a few more years. Such a rewarding, tasty, decadent dish.
