no olive oil and u fry the tortilla…in vegetable or corn oil….just sayin'

Tostadas suppose to be fried, shrimps not deveined, could’ve been more creative than red chili flakes, guajillo maybe ancho chili idk. One things forsure there’s no taquerias with al pastor in Scotland

Anyone know what kind of chile and corn tortilla he's using?
Since olive oil has such a low frying temperature, around 350 degrees F. , then it starts to turn toxic, I like to fry with a higher temperature frying oil first. Then to maintain the quality, and fruity flavor of olive oil I add it after the food stops frying. Food for thought and health. Love the tostadas.
