I saw the episode. It's highly unfortunate that Gordon Ramsay traveled all the way to West Sumatra, even went to Padang, but didn't get try "Sate Padang", the iconic Satay with a type of curry sauce there. Could've gone to Mak Syukur Satay in Padang Panjang, a city between Bukittinggi and Padang. Was able to slip in Bika into the episode instead, a food that's not nearly as beloved and iconic as "Sate Padang". Kinda disappointing, really, and feels like a wasted opportunity.
