    We Have All Laws And Bulls!t but Tell Me When Was The Last Time somebody Used Law To Sue Thr Boss Or Company.
    We Don't Have Time , money And Resources
    To Go In Such War With Companies.
    Those Laws Are Meaningless if Government Don't Regularly Evaluate Companies and. Interview Employees In Secrecy. And Punish Abusive companies

    Thr Is No Fear In Companies because They Know Nobody Will Complain Even If Some Did They Wont Last Long Enough To Fight.

    Well said ! After an abused childhood, then going into one abusive workplace after another, I soon enough lost the interest to work. Spent only 15 months of the last 32 years of my working life in employment (that was less than 1 month in every 2 years). Had I not been able to draw welfare, no problem as I could and did go tramping. Sooner sleep under hedges than put up with evil work places… Even now as a retiree I would not even do voluntary work. The hassle mostly came from employers who liked to wind me up: verbal abuse: refusing to repair faulty machines: setting me up for trouble. But there were also co-workers who were aggressive – wanting to pick fights, or making my job unpleasant . I ended up suffering from CPTSD, Avoidant Personality Disorder and Major Depression. Underlying this was a deep confusion coming from childhood abuse with an inability to defend myself. But in effect I did defend myself – at least 3 employers went bankrupt, one because they lost a huge amount of money in an order that went wrong, another lost a major contract because I in effect went working-to-rule by refusing to work overtime (I did not cite abuse or WTR, but cited wanting to limit my work hours as my attention was outside of the work place. That boss had had a hobby of verbally abusing me for about 20 minutes at a time, then he wondered why I did not like being there, even though I did not complain… A third employer deducted pension contributions that they openly stated they had no intention of paying out as pensions.). Another group of workmates carried out virtually continuous practical jokes on me – many a cruel act gets committed in guise of humour. The result was that my production was later discovered to be faulty and had to be redone, but that was after I had quit.

    In India small companies treat their employees like slave . They do not pay salary on time . Do not hike salary only only use employees like slave.managmnt use company funds for there own benefit and always cheats employees. Management wants toxic workplace place for their own benefit and survival. Boss never give u credits and appreciate but trying to feel you useless. It's realty of 15 years of experience.

    Yes Definitely. I was HR manager there and happy that I resigned. I tried to establish a different, healthy work culture and my rights were taken away. I had to take approval even for things like sending Appreciation token (which always got rejected). I was asked to not to intervene into labour problems as well. Uff

    Are managers abusive to good employees too? If a majority of the people think that their boss is toxic, what's the opinion of the minority who feel that the boss is supportive? Let's consider, for a while, that employees too fail to deliver and managers are also under an obligation to extract performance from the same people; they do not have the operational liberty or financial freedom to get it done from someone else. It's a complicated topic. And the entire problem cannot be pinned down on bosses as being toxic alone. The employees, their peers, the managers, their peers (yes, the sales manager, production manager and HR manager are different people), company policies, budgets and so many other factors are at play here.
