My Mother loved this dressing! But all she ever had was the bottled kind. TY, Chef John. I'm sure I will love it, too.

Hi Chef Jon, your videos are yummy delicious 😋. You might want to look into getting a Vitamix as it is very powerful and can blend even the most fibrous fruits like pineapple 🍍, vegetables, and roots like beets, horseradish, and ginger.

I've looked at several green goddess recipes. This isn't perfect for me, but I think this is the best to build my base. My goal is a chicken pasta with fresh bacon bits.

My first time having the Cobb salad or any salad at Panera. It came with this dressing. Wasn’t sure of the taste but cashier said it had a garlic taste. I knew it would be good then. Very fresh and herby tasting. I got fried onions on top. I wouldn’t mind having full size salad next time. The pickled onions complimented it well. Thanks Chef John for the copycat.

(Men), can have babies now. They have female dna and vaginas, but men apparently. So guess it could have been a man goddess who came up with it. Get with the times buddy. Lol

I work at panera, we use Greek yogurt, and a TON of basil, how does nobody taste that lol I make this dressing so much hahaha

  • Daylight Disinfectant on September 2, 2021

I made it. I cut the mayo in half, using low fat, and added extra non-fat sour cream. Too me too much parsley 🌿 and tarragon so I’m going to cut them both down. The anchovy isn’t necessary I don’t think and it grossed me out. I’m going to throw in a whole a avocado. Nonetheless very good thanks. Bet it’s even better second day.
