  • A A on June 29, 2018

Uhhh..sorry chef John but that is not chorizo…you’re using chourico. Chorizo is a Mexican sausage loosely fitted into the casing unlike chourico which is Portuguese and is smoked in the casing making it tightly fitted into the casing and easy to cut….I’m quite sure you know the difference between the two…

I think I'm going to try chicken and chorizo combined with your 'ranch dressing' marinade from the 'bacon & chicken skewer' recipe you also posted. (Which is awesome, by the way!)

HAHA. Nice recipe with just the right level of instruction. I can't decided whether I love the voice or its driving me crazy. Thanks!

  • Ricky Ricardo on June 14, 2021

In the past I’ve always ended up with one skewer with two pieces too many or three pieces too few. Never again! I’m brushing up my math skills and that will make me a better pirate too.
