    Yep…startin' to develop a real hankerin' for a hot pastrami sandwich with some Lindberg Relish (not, I repeat NOT sweet pickle relish! THIS IS IMPORTANT. Only Lindberg works here {and it doesn't seem to work on ANYTHING else but pastrami.}).

    I know this is a super old video, but I'm a new fan! I made this today with two small flat iron steaks I got and WOWZA 😋! So yummy and easy. The hubby was really impressed. I did it in Cast Iron, for lack of a grill… Great recipe, thanks! Update, it was indeed as good or better the next day on Rye with Swiss and a homemade sauce. Thanks a million!
