This the first time for me to see this kid of Squash.
I am so glad this showed up. I have a glut of patty pan in my garden. The squash borers seem to have bypassed these plants. And I used up an old seed packet thinking only a few would come up. Ha ha ha. I have 3 dozen in the kitchen taking up space and more on the way. And I just happen to have chorizo in the freezer!!

We call those summer squash here in SoCal, but pattypan will have them asking “what the hey is a pattypan”? My favorite thing I love is to confuse. While in NM visiting my daughter, I found the best chorizo, but can’t find it here in SoCal believe it or not. I stuffed a zucchini squash with it and everyone loved it.
