I love making omelets. I have a 3 cup blender that I put cauliflower, olives, broccoli, Swiss cheese, bacon and spices; then add 2-3 eggs then blend and shred the solids to the size of rice bits. The omelet comes out nice and even. I include coconut oil in it the blend and no oil or butter used on the ceramic skillet. Question: Can I add a couple of tablespoons of flour in the blend for added texture and bulk? Any thoughts?

Try this one with some ancient species of wheat or rye ground roughly on stone mill… It makes quite different ( addition of ash and smoke from fire ads up to something very rustical and completely different)

ROMANS 10:9-11“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”

6 years ago….now in 2021 with a global scamdemic and experimental gene/ DNA therapy geonocide under way from a planned pandemic, millions are preparing for starvation and an escape into the bush.

I'm a college student waiting on a delayed pay check.
I've got 3 types of flour, no eggs, no east, and a stick of butter.
Gonna make that bread and dip it in a can of pizza sauce for dinner lol
You just saved my night 🙏✌🏽

Technically this is not really too different from PiTA…and that means these flatbreads would also make excellent pita chips or flatbread chips, if you will.

I got drunk and decided to try this recipe out. It was *perfect*. Bland and tasteless, but with a bit of butter and seasonings, it was incredible! If I can do this drunk, you can do it sober!

Please do not drink and cook. I am stupid. Have fun!

  • Yearlong51 on August 25, 2021

if you were to do this over a hot rock; more towards the medieval time bakers would use a huge oven (a big hohle made of rocks) and light a fire in it and let the rock heat up, then they would quickly scrape away the ash and throw in the bread then cover the opening and l let it sit

Don't have a cast iron pan. Have a "dollar" store saute pan.

  • Ellen J on December 28, 2021

YUM!!! I just made this and it was amazing. I did it all wrong, because I didn’t strictly follow the recipe (rolled it out too thick, too little water) BUT, it was awesome! I sprinkled the dough with sesame seeds and they toasted nicely in the pan. When the bread was done, I set it on a plate, smothered it with butter and cut it apart with a knife and ate it with a fork. Best bread I’ve eaten in decades. Oh, and I didn’t let the dough sit the required amount of time, either, and it was still good! Wow, addictive. And THANK YOU!

  • Catherine Henry on January 17, 2022

Would the addition of salt for taste change the texture of the bread (like make it rise or bubble?)
