People cant help what their voice sounds like, but I have an extremely hard time listening to Erin Moriarty. Her voice gets under my skin. I can hardly make it through any 48 hours video that she is on. But I can't really judge her for her voice.

In the second story with Nick, his one friend Emily seems like the type of wife who makes her husband use pronouns.

Amazing story presented beautifully by 48 HRS. Beyond tragic for her poor son. My heart bleeds for him… going through life wo/his beloved mother. 😢

In the second story—–how sad .I expected the lady to fall over dead. she was so fragile.

  • @alinnedub on May 25, 2024

Not intelligence at all of those killers

  • @lululuna8791 on May 26, 2024

He only lived for the house. He only loved her for the house. He breathed for the house and existed only for the house. The gargoyle too. He became the "living gargoyle" in that house and brought the horrors to it until the gargoyle in him leads him to another kind of house – the house of those who damned others then to be damned too in the end – prison – the place that one of his kind truly deserves.

  • @carolechenowith900 on May 26, 2024

That first story was crazy. I just don't understand it. I would never have put forth my own money for that house. Why in the hell would someone tear a house apart like that??? I can see updating the kitchen or bathroom in time but to tear all walls out of the entire house??? That's just nuts unless it was dirt cheap and mold was in it or tons of rotting wood but that wasn't the case. That poor woman died because she married a scammer. Any guy who asked me for money.. I'd ditch and be gone. No way am I going to give my money to a man or support him, especially from the get go.

  • @SarahAllenHumboldt on May 26, 2024

I had one glance at him and thought he is either bisexual or gay.
Segue: so many people who get to make the decisions about changing those gorgeous, classical homes have horrible taste; it is tragic.

The tendency of Charming most always related to killer

  • @toriarose on May 26, 2024

The frightening thing is that narcissists are such incredibly good liars. Seemingly because they've been doing it since childhood (often due to trauma, which brings a strong need to control; lying is about controlling … also note, you'll find many drawn to religion, because it's about control). But they're often attracted to empaths (really good people, the opposite of what the narc is). They fool the empaths(and lots of other people), because they're charming and they are good at ACTING like good people. They're heartless (often sociopathic), have an inability for genuine compassion/empathy. What they most care about? How others view them.

Im glad Im not the only one not completely believing Ann. Her last name fits well, Bender no pun intended. Im an excellent judge of people, even from first glance and her facial features and overall demeanor are such a dark persona. And like others commented already an over the top acting. I tried to buy into her suffering but she just cannot convince me. My instincts are never wrong and shes definitely someone I'd stay away from. And the second boyfriend dying from asthma. Shes like one of those people that carry bad karma. Very dark persona. That being said Id never want todeal with the Costa Rican criminal system.
P.S. I think her suffering came not so much from mourning her husband as much as it was from the scrutiny and multiple trials. She most likely did not expect to be tried again/ was not familiar with Costa Rican justice system.

3rd story shows how millions of dollars won't make anyone happy. Being mentally healthy and physical healthy are the most important.

  • @austinburnett9322 on May 28, 2024

1:09:21 he wasn't a good man and never really loved her. He was just a big liar.
